About No. 35, The Earl Grey

Gentleman of the tea world, comfortable in both well cut and worn threads, loose leaf Earl Grey is a welcome and familiar sight. Our hand-crafted version of this classic blend includes the finest quality organic full-leaf Ceylon black tea scented with natural Sicilian bergamot. Blue cornflowers accent the rich black leaves like a flower lightly worn in the lapel. The rich amber-hued brew produces a long, fragrant finish. 

 

    • ingredients brewing

      100% organic Ceylon tea, natural Sicilian bergamot essence, and organic cornflowers

      • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
      • 195F/90ºC  (Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
      • Brew 4-6 minutes  
      • Good for 2 infusions
