              An elegant and fully-oxidized black tea from a small family garden in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province.   Fine, delicate leaves produce a complex and resonant infusion rich with notes of malt, dried fruit, oak leaves, ginger flower and cassia with notes of toffee lingering on the palate. Grown in a comparable ecological setting as Tong Mu Guan, this evocative black tea was created from the fragrant Huang Guan Yin cultivar.

    • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
    • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 4-6 minutes  
    • Good for 3-4 infusions
