Xi Shan Bi Luo Chun (translation: West / Mountain / Green / Snail / Spring) is an early-harvest, gently curled, aromatic green tea from an island within Tai Lake in the Dongting Mountains of Jiansu Province.

Origin: Jiansu Province, China 

Picking Standard: one bud and 1 leaf

  • brewing

    • 2 teaspoons (5-6 leaves) per 8oz/250ml of water  
    • 175ºF/80ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)  
    • Brew 4-6 minutes  
    • Good for 2 infusions
