Jade Mountain oolong, also known as Yu Shan Dadajia, is a delicate and fragrant high mountain lightly-oxidized oolong, harvested from a garden which resides on the eastern face just below a virgin forest on Yu Shan (Jade Mountain). The high-elevation garden enjoys both considerable sun but is also often enveloped in heavy cloud cover. These factors contribute to the elegant flavor profile, sweet and creamy with broad floral notes. Lively on the palate with a long, steady finish. Enjoy through multiple infusions.
