This beautiful lightly-oxidized oolong enjoys luscious notes of honey, tropical pineapple and pleasant floral blossom.  Also known as Si Jie Chun, this fragrant oolong is a relatively new cultivar, discovered on a mountain in Taiwan about twenty years ago. It is thought to be a cross between Wu Yi and Chin Xin oolong varietals. The leaves are harvested and produced year round, hence the name 'Forever Spring'. Enjoy through multiple infusions.

Elevation: 1000m. 

    • brewing

      • 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water 
      • 195ºF/90ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.) 
      • Brew 4-6 minutes
      • Good for 3-4 infusions
