About No. 166, Zhenghe Bai Mu Dan

Excellent and rare, Zhenghe Bai Mu Dan white tea is sourced from a small family garden in the Wu Yi mountains of Fujian. Higher in elevation than the coastal terrain of Fuding, the post-volcanic terroir of Fujian slows the maturation of the leaves, resulting in a slightly later harvest and complex, rich tea.

White teas are withered and dried, retaining much of the enzymatic activity. Fragrant floral notes captivate the palate and infuse the senses with an exceptional clarity and a smooth, focused resonance. Overall, a sophisticated and beautifully crafted leaf.
